Presenter(s):
Janet Allen, Network Coordinator
Janet is a certified Infection Control Professional and since 2006, has held the position of Network Coordinator for the South Eastern Ontario Infection Control Network, Public Health Ontario. Prior to joining the Network, Janet worked in an acute care hospital for many years, initially working in the Clinical Microbiology Laboratory and then, moving into Infection Control in 1982. During the past 30 years, she has been an active member of the regional chapter of the Community and Hospital Infection Control Association of Canada, participating in the planning of numerous education events. Moments most cherished by Janet, are the many opportunities she had working collaboratively with front line staff on infection control issue.
Tim Cronsberry, Network Coordinator
Tim Cronsberry is the Network Coordinator for the South Western Ontario Infection Control Network, and currently one of the Acting Provincial Managers of Infection Prevention and Control with Public Health Ontario. His past work includes the position of Manager of Communicable Disease and Immunization with the Perth District Health Unit in Stratford, as well as a stint as a Case Manager with a Community Care Access Centre.
