Webinar Overview:
This webinar provides an overview of the 12 steps necessary to develop a communication campaign. This includes applying health communication at the individual, network, organizational and societal levels and developing the skills to integrate media, interpersonal, and events-based approaches. As we examine the 12-steps, we address the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of each step and bring the most challenging steps to life with examples. To close, we review a Message Review Tool, identify quality sources of more information, tools and describe our customized consultation services.
A new opportunity for attendees of the Health Communication at a Glance webinar: personalized consultation!
Sophie Rosa, the presenter for the Health Communication at a Glance webinar on May 8, 2012, will also be available for informal, one-on-one, free consultations in follow-up to the webinar.
These consultations can be on any area of health communication. For example:
- I am stuck on one of the steps for developing a health communication campaign
- I’d like someone to review a health communication campaign I’ve developed
- ...or anything else related to health communication.
If you would like to sign up for a time to consult with Sophie, you can do so by going to and registering for one of the consultation sessions at http://healthcommunicationconsultation.eventbrite.com. Once you have signed up, you will be contacted via email to provide a sentence or two about your topic for consultation.
