Toronto Pearson International Airport: Ground transportation from the airport is available via taxi or limousine as you exit the identified doors on the airport's arrivals level. The estimated fare is approximately $45 (one way). There is a Pacific Western Airport Express shuttle, which departs every 30 minutes to downtown hotels, including the Westin Harbour Castle. The cost is approximately $22 per person (one way). Tickets can be purchased from the shuttle driver or on their website: www.torontoairportexpress.com.
Toronto Island Airport (Billy Bishop Airport): The passenger ferry crosses the channel from the airport every 15 minutes. Taxis are available on the mainland and it is a short taxi ride east to the hotel. The cost is approximately (one way).
VIA Rail is offering convention delegates a 10% discount off the best available fare in Economy, Business, Sleeper or Sleeper-Touring class, “subject to the conditions and restrictions of the fare plan to which the additional discount is being applied”. Discounted fares are valid April 2 – 11, 2011, from all stations throughout the VIA system to Toronto and return. The fare applies to a maximum of two passengers per booking. The discount does not apply to the Economy-special fare of Business-supersaver fare.

From the train station, the hotel is a 10 - 15 minute walk away, by heading south to Queen’s Quay and then east along Queen's Quay to the hotel. Taxis are also available outside the station for a short ride south.

- Take Highway 401 west to Don Valley Parkway.
- Take Don Valley Parkway south to Gardiner Expressway.
- Once on Gardiner Expressway, take the Yonge/York/Bay exit.
- Turn left onto Yonge Street.
- Turn right onto Queen's Quay.
- The hotel will be on the immediate left.
From Toronto Island Airport [Billy Bishop Airport (YTC)]
- Take the ferry to the mainland.
- Take a right onto Queen's Quay.
- Proceed east to the hotel.
From North
- Take Highway 400 south to Highway 401 West.
- Continue on Highway 401 west to Highway 427 South.
- Take Highway 427 south to Gardiner Expressway Toronto.
- Take the Yonge/York/Bay exit to the Yonge ramp.
- Turn right at the first light on to Bay Street and proceed to Queen's Quay.
- Turn left at Queen's Quay.
- The hotel will be on the right.
From Pearson International Airport (YYZ)
- Take Highway 427 south to the Gardiner Expressway Toronto.
- Take the Yonge/York/Bay Exit to the Yonge ramp.
- Turn right at the first set of lights and proceed to Queen's Quay.
- Turn left at Queen's Quay.
- The hotel will be on the right.
