Your health:  Wi-Fi safety

PHO environmental experts conclude there is no indication that current public exposure to wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is causing adverse effects on health. “Recently published research shows that Wi-Fi exposure is well within recommended limits and represents less than one per cent of what is received during other radiofrequency exposures such as typical cell phone use,” says Dr. Ray Copes, director of Environment and Occupational Health at PHO.
