| Read PHO discussion paper on “Supporting Applied Research and Program Evaluation, Education and Professional Development, and Knowledge Exchange Functions in Public Health” |
On July 15, 2010, PHO held a webinar to introduce potential program elements that would support applied research and program evaluation, education and professional development, and knowledge exchange in public health. This introductory session launched a consultation to develop a new model and begin planning for the transfer of the provincial share of the funding for the Public Health Research, Education and Development (PHRED) to PHO in early 2011.
