The Public Health Ontario Laboratories customer service centre has expanded to provide a single, easy-to-access point of contact for clients across the province. The customer service centre responds to queries about test results, clarifies specimen collection procedures and provides access to medical and scientific experts for advice on test requests and results interpretation. Clients are encouraged to continue to work with staff at their local regional public health laboratory, who remain the point of contact for outbreak notification, outreach and education. |
