Description:

The second in our workshop series is a knowledge-sharing opportunity, featuring a cross section of public health-oriented GIS initiatives from across the province. Representatives from the field are invited to present their public health GIS Projets to attendees for the purpose of sharing knowledge & techniques, identifying project synergies and broadening smaller regional Projets.

The PHO will take this opportunity to present the GIS initiatives in which it is involved, including an Infectious Disease Simulation and a Tuberculosis Surveillance & Communication tool. Présentations will encompass a wide range of GIS applications and specific GIS techniques in order to stimulate ideas, discussion and synergies among the community.
