Public Health Ontario (PHO) has partnered with Cancer Care Ontario on a report to address the burden of chronic disease in Ontario. The report reviews evidence in support of reducing population-level exposure risk factors for chronic disease, building Ontario’s capacity for chronic disease prevention and ensuring all Ontarians have equal opportunities for health. It contains 22 evidence-informed recommendations for actions to prevent chronic disease. |
