Public Health Ontario provides online self-directed modules as well as workshops, webinars and events to individuals and organizations working on Ontario-focused projects
Online self-directed modules
Each of these modules was developed in partnership with partners such as National Collaborating Centre for Methods and Tools, Ontario Health Promotion Resource System, and the Canadian Mental Health Association – Ontario.
Workshops, webinars and events
In addition to scheduled Public Health Ontario events, workshops, webinars and presentations are provided by request. If you are interested in hosting an event, please complete our online service request form.
Upon request regional workshops
French and English workshops are available across Ontario. We just need to know who wants us. Its first come, first served and we work with groups as small as 30 and as large as 50.
Any coalition or agency can be a partner in a regional workshop. That means acting as hosts and promoters of the event, as well as identifying and arranging local input and content. We encourage hosts to promote outside their organization to community partners and others in their region. Travel and material costs are negotiated on an individual basis. We provide the facilitators at no cost.
Please note that we require at least three month notice to plan and deliver a regional workshop.
