The Public Health Ontario Laboratories customer service centre provides a single, easy-to-access point of contact for clients across the province. The customer service centre responds to queries about test results, clarifies specimen collection procedures and provides access to medical and scientific experts for advice on test requests and results interpretation.

Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The customer service centre is located at the Toronto laboratory and supplements existing regional communication and contacts. Clients are encouraged to continue to work with staff at their local regional public health laboratory, who are the primary point of contact for outbreak notification, outreach and education.

Regular Operating Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Some PHO laboratory services are available on holidays and weekends. Contact your local public health laboratory for more details.
